It's just an OK stay

I like the location since it is so easy to find a taxi, grab or even tuk-tuk. Plus point for the close amenities. 7-eleven, family mart is just around the corner. What more, the location really helps for people who are lazy to find souvenir shops etc.

I hate the bed. The bed is super worn out. Please look into it. The view from room is limited. The wi-fi service sucks.

I got upgrade the room because the over booked but very great for me :D The building are classic Thai style that what I like about this hotel. Good restaurants and many outlet shop around.

The WIFI very hard to connected I have to come to the lobby to use WIFI.

the worst of their service is when we come to the internet but it's very slow and we still have two days without internet that's the most important because of our communication and above all the dirty

Old hotel in excellent location

This old hotel is located on the busy silom road. There is a shopping arcade, restaurants and a thai theater right on the hotel grounds. There are even plenty more shops and restaurants on the lively Silom road, outside the hotel. The rooms in this hotel are spacious and clean, but everything in it is old or even very old and need some or total upgrading or renovation. There is a fridge, a minibar and a huge safe. The largest safe I have ever seen in any hotel, you can put a small backpack in there... Staff is very efficient and professional. Rates are ok for a hotel in this class and especially in this location.

There are windows in the room, but they are facing a corridor or just the wall of the adjacent building which is close by. There is no kettle, so you cannot make your own tea or coffee. Wifi is free but speed is very slow or non-existent. So forget doing any useful internetting. The airco is a bit noisy and you cannot set the temperature or the fanspeed. You can only turn it on or off.

Absolutely terrible experience at this hotel.

Do not stay here. There was no hot water for my entire stay, even after I told management to have it fixed... twice. There was no offer for a discount or even an apology. My flight was cancelled and I needed to call the airline, the management did not help me with this process. When I booked a taxi through them; they sent me to the wrong airport even after I triple checked that they arranged for the correct airport (which added another 45 minutes to my trip and meant I needed to pay to change my flight again)

What was the highlight of Silom Village Inn

Silom village is s place for just some nights in a very well part of Bangkok.

For the price of 1000 TBh the room was ok; simpel but ok. The rooms of Tbt 1300 and more are more comfortable and nice. The breakfast is poor but anywhere in the neighbourhoud you can have a perfect breakfast.

The bathroom was simpel .

Good hotel, comfortable beds

Room are clean, and comfortable beds.

The breakfast is ok, but the coffee the serve is very very bad. You can order espresso or else for 130 Baht (no 5* hotel feeling) Breakfast is till 10.30, but they start to clear the buffet at 10,15. At 10.30 everything is gone. The last 15 min it feels like you are kicked out.

Good location but too old and not properly maintained

The location was good and cleanliness was okey.

The hotel is very old, some of the facilities need repair. There are so many water leaks and even near lift flood damage. Sometimes near lift it smell like rats. The staffs are okey but not too hospitable for a Thai hotel.
